ISP speed pretty diff than a couple months ago?

^^^^^ is from the ISP speedtest thread in march.

I noticed it was taking forever to watch youtube videos. and actually having to wait for the buffer on alot of 360p vids.

idk if the DL speed has anything to do with the youtube stuff. but ive never had to let it buffer this much...


so i did Another few tests just now







now it is ......








I am confused. any thoughts? is this normal??

Its just 13Mb/s seems like a lot to be off by, with everything the exact same as in March..

Any helps is appreciated. thanks

Contact Comcast, they probably need to readjust a few things.

I called them up today. They had me reset the router and stuff. But it only went up to 11mb/s. Not the 16-20mb/s we are paying for, so they are gonna come and check it out Tuesday.
