internet sharing (ics) ip conflict plz help!

nah the media disconnected is for the wired lan connection which im not running

woah i try to flush dns and it says "could not flush the dns rsolver cache: function failed during execution.

Hrmm well that the ipconfig/flushdns should work.


Go into control panel, then open network connections. tell us whats there.

local area connection (network cable unplugged, firewalled)(the driver name)

wireless network connection 2(connected, firewalled)(driver name)

1394 Connection (connected, firewalled) (driver name)

open both the active ones and see if you can't repair them, there should be a button.

Also check the support tab and post whatever it says for both connections, also tell us if there has been any data sent or recieved on both connections.

this is strange u got another ethernet wire lying around?

Im thinking one is the wired NIC card and the wireless one is the Wi-Fi card or wireless card.

Im not sure why he has a 1394 connection But I have one to in my Network connections.
