Internet Problems Domain messing up my Dial-up

I carry my laptop to work and log on to the domain there and when i am there i have no problems browsing the internet but when i reach at home and i log in using my dialup account the connection icon shows that i am connected but every web page i visit come back "page cannot be displayed check your connection settings" this happens in both OPERA and INTERNET EXPLORER 7 any help would be very grateful.

when your at home do you login locally? or through your domain acct.?

Are there any proxy settings that could be interferring?

Nope there are none i turned off all the proxy settings in internet explorer and opera and still nothing unless tere is something in the registry looking for proxy settings???
