internet not working

hi, we have 2 PC's one of them XPProSP2, and the other Mellinum Edition. Both connected to a buffalo ADSL Router/Modem. The Network side of it is working fine, ie can send files, play LAN games etc. And, up until this morning, the internet was working fine on both PCs, now the ME doesnt have the internet, but i can use the PING command and get a reply from 195.153.199.72, the XP pc can use the internet fine. i have dissabled the firewall from the me PC but it still dont wrk. the network still works fine tho??

did some of them, didnt work. im not tn a Peer to Peer network though.

I don't know if Windows Me has system restore, but if it does, try restoring to a time when both computers were accessing the internet. System restore should also tell what changes were made since last restore point was set. This way you can figure out what went wrong.
