Internet Connectivity Issues

I love playing Call of Duty but I'm always getting melted. Is there a way to lower my ping from 13 ms to under 10 ms? My download speed is 27 mbs and upload is 5 mbs. I also have comcast. Please help!!

A ping of 13ms is bad? Your ping is not why your loosing.
Onto your question. Depends. Connecting using a cable instead of wireless may reduce it, however 13ms is extremely low ping as it is.

just to clarify, for fps anything under 30ms is amazing ping, 50ms is great ping and 80ms is good. As long as it's bellow 100 ms you should be right.
