An internet cafe? Well you'll need computers of course
Probably a very fast internet connection, maybe T1. If you want to have a wireless hotspot you'll need a wireless router. Security comes in mind as well, so maybe put the wireless hotspot on a different subnet? I've heard that suggested before.
Those are the basics. Don't forget the drinks and chips you could sell as well
