Default IE8 is crashing constantly, how do i fix this problem?

Deleting cookies does nothing. I used CCleaner on it n that didnt fix it. What else can i do to fix this problem?

You can try this Eliminating Internet Explorer 8 Crashes | WindowsFixUp. Also have you checked the logs in event viewer if it has?

You can check the Events Viewer by going to (Control Panel in Classic View) "Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Event Viewer".

If my memory serves my right, it should be under one of these categories (I still stand to be corrected though if I'm wrong).

I see nothing about IE8 logs but i fixed the problem, i think. I had to disable some add-ons i had. Must of been Skype.

Cool and glad you got through . Glad to be of help .

Edit: You can try enabling the add-on 1 at a time and see if IE crashes. Helps narrow down things if you want to figure out what caused it. Other than that, just be happy it's fixed .
