I uninstalled QoS

I uninstalled QoS becuase of this http://www.56k.jolt.co.uk/index.php?page=faq.html

but now my connection is real slow and i want the QoS back but i duno how to get it back!!!
i searched the whole net and there's only ways to install it by clicking "install" but the whole thing is gone and AHHH!!!!
it's been 3 hours someone help me pelaseeeeee

Ok, are you running 2000 or XP?
Normally to reinstall QoS, just open up control panel, double-click on Network and Dial-Up Connections, right click on your LAN connection and goto properties. Click on the Install button, located neart the bottom of the Properties dialog box that you just opened. Double-click service, and then locate QoS. It may be under QoS Packets or QoS packet scheduler. But, this is what you want.
