I can't view my clan's site anymore, but site is not down...?

Up to 2 days ago I could view my clan's site, etc perfectly fine, but all of a sudden all I get is a white screen with these symbols in top left corner. 

Now, the only thing I remember doing before it stopped working is I accidentally cleared cookies, but the site won't view on my other PC either.

Others can see the page fine (I've sent links)

What is going on?

Here's what I've tried so far:
Tried using IE, Firefox, Opera
Updated Shockwave, Java
Updated XP

Plz help!

You didnt **** them off in some way to make them ban your IP or something did you?

No, I've had that asked before, my clan is really like a family in a way (corny) but I talked to our leader and he said someone else was having problems with it too, but he tried it on 6 different PC's and they all loaded it.

hmmm...IE6 or IE7? Also what is this clan? Like do you and your clan do not like me because I have brown skin? How can you people be this way only about skin color? I dont understand.
