I accidentally disable my internet connection and I can't get back

Please go to the following link for clarification. I do not know how to upload a picture on this website. I've tried everything that is mentioned in the link below. Please, give me a solution rather than suggestions because I have tried every basic technique to solve this problem.



If there is something of an advanced level that I need to do in order to fix my problem, then I am ready to do it. It is not big deal for me. Please give me a solution to this ASAP. No one has been able to solve my problem.

Does Device Manager show your network card at all?

Does the network connection show up in Network Connections at all?
