Huge Internet Slowdown.. HELP!!

my Internet speed is slowed down heavily, I don't know whats going on, it started today, I'm guessing its my sister's fault for watching movies on Tudou site because we're all on a router, and I'm guessing she's hogged all the bandwidth? SO far my download speed is like on a Dial-up connection...

I would agree with you. When my kids are downloading movies it kills my resources.

I've powered off the router on and off 5 times, forced her off the PC to have the same effect, I even clean installed thinking it was a virus or something, but no luck

call your ISP and ask them if some type of server throttle is in effect.

This owuld be my guess. Espically right now since most people are off from school and such that more throttles will be in place to revent bandwidth abuse. Just glad i dont get it.
