HTTP port 80 LinkSys conflicts??

I tried to install the eventloganylizer4 but don't have the 512 Mb ram required. I've got the gig though! Very frustrating, rebooting every 10 minutes is driving me crazier!! Been trying to find out what programs or other may be causing a conflict on port 80. HTTP dies 10 minutes after reboot. Reguardless if I am online. Linksys and cable modem on win ME.

ISP says it may be a software issue. Modem works, email is on port 25 .. My ability to transition to another page online is met with the unable to find page, etc. DNS check doesn't work from that page. I have spybot, avg, on a dinosaur(8 years old!) AMD Dell.
224 mb ram 15 gigs hd available.

Osiris, by the way your tale about the McCain Palin sign... Very funny, but it probably won't happen again!!

Is there a program out there to tell what is running through port 80 for a poor schmuck like me? MCSE non-certified, crawling on my belly through the mud and cold, I found my way to techist.com...
