HTTP 500 - Internal server error

Hi, just last night my internet was working fine, I get up this morning and i can only access half of what i can usually and getting the 'HTTP 500 - Internal server error'.
Anyone know how I would go about fixing this problem.

That didn't really help, sorry but Im still unsure. Is it a problem on our end? If so how do i fix it? Thanks
