have a hp6100 that is installed via a tcp/ip port. After you first install the printer it works fine and works all day long. At the end of the night when the computer is shut down, in the morning when you startup the computer the printer shows that it is disconnected. Then you have to go and totally reinstall the printer. The printer is also connected to three other computers and none of the other computers have this problem.
