How to upload or find ftp client

I have an ftp program at work, actually it is one I am working with when I edit the web page I am working on. I have the program at work, but can't figure a way to bring it up here, ftp alone can't be found and the whole name can't be found.

This sounds vague, but when someone answrs me I can explain a lot clearer.

So you have an FTP prog, but cant access the FTP site?

Yes I do it's a program I work on at work for a web page I am doing: (ftp://wichitafallselks.com) and it is not recognizable when I send even thru e-mail and zip files, will open as a folder but can't put on desktop, and I know there has to be away I just do not know what.

Are you sure that sites up? It seems like it's not working.

one piece of advice for the site. the ticker at the bottom of the page goes soooooo slow. speed it up it takes quite a while for the whole line of text to go by

The site works, but the ftp isn't even prompting me for a password.
