I have a Cannon PIXMA MX860 and an iMac. I've tried to set up the wireless connection between them.
Do I need to get a wireless network router in order to get this thing work? Currently, the printer is being connected to iMac through USB.
My iMac has bluetooth, but it couldn't pick up the printer.

Is network safe? I know I need to set up password for user access. But hackers are getting smarter nowadays.
