Well i am still stuck on dial up, and something is using all my bandwidth all the time, cannot for the life of me figure out whats using it. Ive tried shutting a bunch of programs off in task manager to determine what was doing it and still nothing. Does anyone know of a program that will show me what processes running are using bandwidth?
