Or just use the CCleaner/Malwarebytes/Sybot S&D/Defraggler combo.

I don't really like Spybot anymore... it's much too slow and has only really found specific stuff for me. I've always been sticking to the ComboFix/HJT/MBAM/MSE scan when I encounter a bad infection lol.

Defraggler on 7 isn't very crucial either, since 7 defrags in the background, IIRC.

It takes like five minutes for me, but I'm on an SSD.

Vista and 7 automatically defrag when defragmentation reaches 30%, I believe. Neither defrag in the background.

It's still technically background defragging when it reaches 30%, cuz it does it for you .
