How to fix packetloss?

Well my internet has gone to crap, takes forever to get to webpages. And i recieve really bad packetloss. I opened up msdos typed ping www.cnn.com and it sends 4 bytes of data and i recieve 4 lost data. I lag in games really bad. This started happening this morning, i scanned for spyware / virus's nothing found. Cleaned internet cache, cookies. Reset web settings, reset my cable modem. Check all connections and its still losing packets! please help. This is the msdos log.

Call your ISP it's 99% likely a problem on their end.

Do you have cable or DSL for internet?

If it is DSL, are you having any phone problems???
