HOW FAR CAN MY WIRELESS SIGNAL GO?

I have Fios internet , and my router was given to my by the company itself, ( MI424WR) , i am trying to connect a desktop that is 25 meters( diagonal) away from my router , but first i have to install a wireless card in that pc ( desktop) can anyone tell me if it will reach? ( the connection) i have done this before, but the distance was shorter, i don't want to buy the card and have to return it

You should be able to. Unfortunately, it's only a Wireless G router. That will limit the distance the signal will travel. If you can afford it, I would suggest a Wireless N adapter, as it should be able to pick up a weaker signal better, such as the Wireless G that is transmitting. You won't get Wireless N speeds, but the distance you can pick up signals should be improved over a Wireless G adapters.
