How Do I Open Ports On Syswan Doulinks SW24

I have two internet connection: 1) cable, 2) DSL...I purchased a Syswan Dual Wan Router to provide a backup connection in case my cable connection failed. I can't seem to figure out how to open up ports on my computers to allow outside access from other computers. I have a database server that I would like to a port opened up on but I can't figure what I doing wrong because I can't seem to get the port open.

Can some please be of assistance here?
