How to Bypass Access Control on a Netgear Router

So basically my PC is blocked from my internet connection on a Netgear router. I have tried changing the MAC address, this does not work. What are other possible solutions to this problem?
I receive the "This device is blocked by Access Control in the router" message.

Can you log into your router via another device - such as phone/other PC/etc? Should be able to get into the web interface.

Also, I should ask:
Is this your router, that you own?
