Are those 7.85/yr domains a scam? Also I want to get a domain and run a server from my house. How would I do that. Just for reference I have a 5 meg connection,Road runner. Also how would I set up an apache server?

For Windows its a piece of cake. Just install, reboot, enter 127.0.0.1 in ur browser and read the manual.

I am going to put it on Windows 2000 pro. Im getting a HP Kayak Workstation (dual PII 350mhz 128mb ram, and 1x 4.2gb SCSI)
