Help with networking

ok, heres the deal. i need some help with setting up a network.

I want every computer on the network to be able to use the internet when it is dialled up.

I need step-by-step instructions on networking these computers, then setting up the internet on them.

[XP-HOME] computer has a dialup internal modem and a Canon LBP4i printer
The /'s and the |'s mean Cat.5 cables

(I used dots to push the picture to the side so it makes sense.)

As long as you have set up the XP-Home machine to share its internet connection over its ethernet port, I believe it should work just fine. (There's a wizard which should do exactly that as well)

Thing is we actually need to set up network first, having trouble doing that, need instructions.

First thing i would try is plugging everything in -- once you get that done run the internet connection sharing wizard on your XP Home box. That should get it running as DHCP/NAT. From there the other PC's should recognize the connection and you should be off.

If you run into any issues beyond that come back.

Just setup the host first, you'll have to manually do this one, no wizard involve would work that I know of for sharing dialup, DHCP will be enable on one of the Ethernet port, plug hub to it, plug clients to hub and they should automatically recieve the IP information from the ICS host.

Alright, I've figured out how to network them all, so thats ok. How do I get internet on the rest of them?
