I am trying to connect my company-owned laptop (I have admin rights) to my home desktop for file and print sharing, but have not been successful. I am using:
Desktop: Windows XP Home
Laptop: Windows 2000
Router: Linksys Wireless-B Broadband
I have had the router up and running for about a year, but so far have only used it for internet access (both computers). However, I have some large files that I want to transfer from the laptop to the desktop. I have tried the Wizzards on both PC's, but I still have not had success in making the connection.
Suggestions?
