I wish to share a connection thats using a dlink dsl 504t router between 2 computers. I have been running both out of the router/modem, so one pc can be used when the other is down. However when both the mac and pc are running i have lag spikes every few seconds when playing coutnerstrike source, even if one is not downloading/ browsing. I think it is due to the pc updating to the router. How can i get rid of these spikes and how can i share the 1mb connection equally, so i dont suddenly get 200 ping when someone starts downloading mp4 files :\
