help with firefox plugins...cannot see videos/music

hi im using firefox (the newest version) and everytime i want to look at a embedded video online it has the "install missing plugins" box....so i click on it and it says "no suitable plugins were found".
so my question is...where can i find and download the missing plugins so i can watch embedded music videos online...such as on myspace.com

click on the bar to find out what the missing plugins are and then google them. some plugins like quicktime, for some reason makes you download them directly from the site. i dont think that videos on myspace.com support firefox.
