Hey, im currently on 1meg and my line apaprently supports 4.5, so on monday imn activiating a new service that should take advantage of it.
Just out of curiosity though, and partly because I don't trust BT, I'd like to know if these figures are any good or bad (on the 1meg service):
Downstream Rate: 1152 kbps
Upstream Rate: 288 kbps
Channel: Fast
Current Noise Margin: 8.0 dB (Downstream), 25.0 db (Upstream)
Current Attenuation: 45.0 dB (Downstream), 25.0 db (Upstream)
Current Output Power: 10.7 dB (Downstream), 12.2 db (Upstream)
Anyone know what are ideal margins for the above figures?
Cheers, Kris
