Getting error: Error proxy report... help!

Keep getting this error message when I'm attempting to get online at hotels. Sometimes only certain webpages get this response. Its only with the "Roomlinx" network.

My proxies have been disabled along with my firewall and the windows firewall.

Any ideas of what this is? How to stop it? Is it my computer or the servers?

Why do you have a proxy server running on your computer?

Can you open up command prompt and ping the websites like google.com or yahoo.com and get back all four replies? If so..you may have an application layer issue, perhap your proxy service is still active or a firewall.

Just try and give us a bit more information.
