What the best/easiest FTP program to share files with my neighbor?

Iwould use WWW File Share. Much easier. For FTP you should try Bulletproof FTP server. I am sure there are more simple ones around.

I'm using Bulltet Proof. Now I'm using Linksys Wireless network. Which ip address do I use to connect to the other computer on my network. Do I go to the Linksys Router Config. page or ipconfig /all?
