As you stated you get Web Hosting not a domain
name with a lot of sites. You can check
https://www.godaddy.com/gdshop/default.asp
for registering domain names for as little as $9.00
a year.

Seems 100Webspace is very good
Same with GlobalWeb

Speedsurf seems Okay
ZackNetwork is Okay also
