free dial up?

I need some form of temperary dial up internet. I refuse AOL coz one cannot uninstall their presence in its entirety(evil bastards!). Does anyone know of any free dial up? I've been doing all kinds of searching and either the isp sucks or there's a catch, or both. Or if anyone knows how to access the net for free without going through some kind of isp or whatever, a back door kinda way, pm or email me...

Juno or Netzero, although their free-service sucks. Get their premium for $10 per month and you can get some decent connect speeds (for dial-up.)

No kidding. You get what you pay for. Out here in the boonies of WA cable is 26.99 / mo including the modem...that's not that bad.

also another problem with them is that its only 10 hours a month. So watch your time

It's quite hard nowadays to find a free ISP with unlimited usage (without forcing compensation, e.g. address.com).
