Firewalls & B2B VPN's

I have some questions in regards to B2B VPN's. I am required to set one up with a remote network. Here are the questions I have.

1. Is there only certain Firewalls that can do B2B VPN or can any Firewall that you can set up for VPN's work?
2. Is there any Firewalls that you recommend for B2B VPN?

I thought a B2B VPN was a permanate VPN setup between two FW's..?? So all the computers at the remote business have access to the LAN at the HQ business without having to do anything? Why would I have to check the configuration of my PC?

So what is the difference between a normal VPN and a B2B?
