Firewall Help!

I have reinstalled by winxp pro last week. And I use Linksys wireless to connect online. It has been working fine for a week now. But just yesterday, out of nowhere, it says that I am behind a firewall. I didn't change any setting at all, but now my downloading speed is extremely slow. Does anyone know how to fix it? or how to change back to the way it was? Thanks in advance.

turn off your winxp ICF firewall and reboot:
