Firefox can't open certain pages after crash

Firefox crashed once, and had 4 web pages open while that happened.
I visit those sites often.

Now Firefox won't open them anymore and I started to use Opera.
Used it for a month now.

Anyway, now that new 1.5 Firefox came out I installed it and guess what, it inherited the same problem!

What on earth is going on?
Those pages arent blocked in any way.
Javascript and all that stuff is enabled.

It just says page ready and blank screen whenever visiting those sites.

They worked right for many months before that crash.

Oh and I don't have any plugins in firefox, just plain firefox, as it is out of the package.

First.... Uninstall Firefox completely.
Next.... Re-install Firefox 1.5
problem should be solved.

That didn't help.
Well Firefox didn't uninstall completely, all settings was as i left them so there must be something else what must be deleted, what uninstaller won't delete.

So can you say how to delete this completely?

Do what brady said that should work..
I dont understand why it wont uninstall completely..
might be a running program, try safemode.. or do a system restore and try to uninstall there etc... do search for firefox files.. but mainly try to get it out of your installed programs...I think you should try safe mode and see what happens, it might be a running program too.. like your firewall or something..

I corrected the problem by removing mozilla folder from documents and settings/application data.
I did a reinstall after that and now it works fine
