File Sharing Trouble

OK, I have a Wireless network with 4 computers on it. They are all in the same work group and all can see that one another in on the work group. My problem is that everu time i try to access another i get this Error Message:

granted, i added that last part because im not on the same computer right now and couldnt get the exact error message. but thats still what it said.
What do i do? i just want to get the four computers to share files...

go to your router setting and set up an gmail stmp and gmail pop3 for port forwarding. open port 465 for stmp and 995 for pop3. these problems seem to happen when different people try to access gmail for different computer through the same network. it has to do with gmail using different ports for email. all routers have the standard email ports open
