Exchange...

Currently we are running exchange 2003 and are in need of a way to monitor in real time when a specific user sends or receives a message and then determine whether or not we want it to be delivered. Is there a way to do this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

With just Exchange, you can turn on Journaling. This won't allow you to approve/reject, but it will give you a copy of all messages in and out from that user.

There may be 3rd party options for the approval, but I do not know of any.
