Default Ethernet recorder (VoIP recorder)

Could anyone suggest a HW/SW setup which would enable me to record phone conversations over Ethernet on a computer as sound files? I can't connect my computer directly to a phone line, the voice needs to go over Ethernet.

Can I use existing widely available VoIP HW for that, or do I need some specialized device? (If such an animal exists at all?)

Thanks in advance!

Im with Vonage and when I receive a voicemail, I logon to my Vongae account, click the the .wma and it downloads and then I can listen to whoever left me a message.

Thanks, Vonage is great, but what I want to do, is record both incoming and outgoing phone calls coming in my office on regular phone line. I just need to route them through the Ethernet to a computer. Not just voicemail, but all calls, completed or not.
Thanks for reply!
