Ethernet Card

I am building a computer. Could you tell me what ethernet card can I get for DSL access? I saw some on newegg for under 5$. Are they ok to get?

802.3 is the specification you want. Pretty much any network card you buy is compatible with current broadband Internet.

Check if your motherboard has a buildin NIC, if not you can buy a PCI one.

I was told that may MSI K9N platinum motherboard already has a 2 gigabit network card, so I don't need to buy one separately anymore. Thanks though.
