Enable multiple websites through 1 router

I have a DSL router setup with multiple static IP addresses. I currently have 1 website accessed through my router (Netopia Cayman 3546 - firmware 6.3.0R7) which works fine.
I want to know how I can have a second website come through my router with a different IP, routed to a) another server or preferably b) to a different web folder on the same server.
I don't see anything in the Router config to allow this - maybe there are other routers that are more suited?

are you running web servers on different computers? or two websites on one computer

Hi uchiha,
Right now I have 2 web servers, but I would like to have the ability to host more than 1 site on the same server.
ie. 12.34.56.78 goes to webroot\siteA
and 12.34.56.99 goes to webroot\siteB
