email server config issue

my company's having a email problem. we're currently using a our old host, farmersofsalem.com. We bought a new host, fosnj.com. Fosnj.com can send mail to farmersofsalem.com, but farmersofsalem.com cannot send to fosnj.com. When we try to do this, we do not get a bounce message. The email is sent but never seen again. We can send email from other servers like yahoo.com to fosnj.com. No spam filtering on either server. Both hosts say its not their problem. The Farmersofsalem.com host claims to have sent email to fosnj.com but we've never received the email. I know farmersofsalem.com is on a exchange box.

anyone know why we're not getting bounce messages? lol, and why we're not getting our mail from this one server
