Email Identity Theift

I client of mine has the following problem.

Some one is using his email address to spam people. And it's not coming from him or any one that is his his company.

The following email is getting send out via his email account, and it not coming from him or his exchange server

Since about Saturday, this email as been going out to a lot of people.So far, a lot of the recieptants to this email is not in my client's address book. And so far, it does not looks like it's slowing down.

A from time to time, my client is getting emails back from the people saying that they did not order any thing from his company.


Is there any thing that we can do to solve this problem?

Their's honestly nothing you can do about it. Virtually anyone with some brains and a PC can do it.
