I have an Edimax wireless card and I would like to use it's own utility to connect to my router, but every time I reboot, I have to enter the hex key. I never have to do this repeatedly with Microsoft's Zero Config tool, but it's less tweakable and shows a lot less info.
I'm either not seeing it, or it just can't be done. Does anyone know how to save a connection so it will auto connect?
The card is so well rated I just assume more than a few people here have it and know what to do.
Newegg.com - EDIMAX EW-7128G IEEE 802.11b/g PCI Wireless Card Up to 54Mbps Data Rates 64/128-Bit WEP, 802.1x, WPA, AES - Wireless Adapters
Thanks.
Alright, if no one knows... How do I start the zero config service up then? I'll just use that instead.
Aight, problem solved. Even I added the network to my list, I still had to go into profile and choose activate to auto connect. I hate lack of directions...
