E-Mail Bounce Backs from ONE COMPUTER ONLY

I have a client that is having a problem.

Every time she email this one domain from her computer, she gets a bounce back as if the email was undelivered.

The problem is, every other computer that she log onto can send emails to that domain.

The email is correct. I have tested this myself.

What could be going wrong?
How do I fix it?

She's using MS Outloook Xp.

make sure I have this right, on one particular system mailing to one particular domain it bounces back. However, on this same system she CAN mail to other locales with no problem. What about receiving? Does anyone else have this problem if logging into this workstation? If so are they in the same group/domain?
