We have a relatively simple setup at our offices. Two LAN networks each connecting to their own FTTC.

Data FTTC Supplier A (Managed Router)-> Switch -> PC's

Voice FTTC Supplier B (Managed Router) -> Switch -> Phones

What we want to do is if the data FTTC fails the traffic routes over the voice FTTC and vice versa. What are potential ways to accomplish this?

You'd need to bridge the two WAN connections, typically by connecting them both to the same router and configuring some sort of WAN failover. You could either load balance the traffic or continue routing voice and web traffic over different lines. It's not the sort of thing that consumer grade equipment can handle, and you'd probably need an IT professional to set it up.

It may be possible to do it yourself with a DIY solution like a Pfsense appliance if such a feature is supported.
