Down speed fine but slow to connect

I have Qwest DSL and it's been fine up until now. Now when try and go to most sites it will hang for a few seconds before then proceeding to download the page as usual at typical blazing 2 mbps DSL speeds. It was never amazing but now takes about 3x longer before all of the images and everything are finally rendered. Not even sure why I'm posting this, I just need to call them and make them fix it. I guess just to complain about Qwest. Comcast blows too, it's time to research this WiMax business.
 
I usually try Safe Mode with Networking just to confirm its nothing loaded on the computer first
You should also try CCleaner
If its still the same then yes contact them so as they can give you an excuse or start testing the line
 
Yeah, all computers on the network are the same. Linux, Mac, and Windows.
