Custom Password, Linksys Wireless Router

There are 2 passwords i'm trying to change on this wirless router.

When you put in the IP http://192.168.1.1 it asks for a user name and password, default user is blank and pass is "admin"

How can i change that?

Second is the secured connection. Under Wireless > Wireless Security, I have the security mode at WEP, 64 bit 10 hex digits

Now i enter a passphrase and hit generate and it generates this crazy combination of letters and numbers: 027535DBA8, and I have to enter that in order to connect to the internet. Is there a way i can enter something different, like a word that makes sence to me and others who want to connect?

Just go to the Administration tab once you're logged into your router, you can change the password there.

Entering the WEP key is a pain but you should only have to do it once. Are you being prompted to enter it every time you connect?

Use WPA, you'll only need to enter 1 key. And beside WEP isn't secure anymore.
