What is this?

And how do i remove the password from it? It seems like Windows set a password for it, can i remove it?

regedit>>local_machine>>Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion \Policies\ratings

on the right pane youll see and registry entry that says "key" delete that, thats the current password

then restart

open up IE

go to tools>>internet options>>content tab

select disable, when it ask for a password dont put on in, just hit ok cuz you deleted the password in the registry and your all set.

Turns out, my friend set a password, and is trying to get me to pay him money to give out the password (yes, it happens )


All i need to do is to figure out how to disable V-Chip on my TV, or just reset the TV. It says in the manual to leave it unplugged for 12 hours, and i've tried leaving it unplugged for 15 hours, and it keeps the settings.

Any ideas?
