hi hope someone can help me here,i have two computers both runing vista and have decided to share my internet conection between both,ive been out and bought a networking card for my first comp and run a cable from that to my other one but cant get a conection on it,any help much apreciatede as ive never done this before thanks in advance mlr

Please explain your internet connection at home. If it is a highspeed connection, such as cable or DSL, then you will need to purchase a gateway/router. First, though....explain your connection.
ok im using cable at home which i get through a modem ,i bought a new networking card as i only had one in my computer,ive conected my other comp up through this,now on xp i used netwrking wizard and it conected right away with no hassle but it wont conect with vista,although i can share folders
