Changing network speeds

This there any way where I can control (Slow Down or Max Out) the avalable bandwidth that I have on SUPERSONICB!+C#.

I have been Bit Torrenting this one file all week, and my house mates are getting a little $#!+y with me as the internet as been a bit slow because of my leeching.

What I would like to do is have an application where I can MAX my bandwitdth coming into SUPERSONICB!+C# when i know no one is home, and the slow down the amount of bandwidth that I have chewing through when i know there is some other people that want to surf (or when I want to play some Ragnarok)

it works super duper for me,

just remind your self to set it @ low cause by default it always start @ unlimited.

It good. I do like it. How ever, it would be nice if I could customise the Bandwidth whoring at little more.

I currently have it set to DIALUP/ISDN, at it's still sucking up 414kB/s out of my 512kB/s.



With a bit of luck this program works under Server 2003.......

Hum, that's strange for me it goes @ about 10k/s and even less
